Best Tooth Coloured Fillings
The best type of tooth coloured white filling for you can only be decided once we have seen you. We generally use two types. One is made by a dental laboratory which is used if a large amount of natural tooth has been lost. This is known as either a dental inlay or onlay. The other option is applied directly onto your tooth using a putty type material which can be moulded into shape and then sets hard once a special light is shone on it.
At Montrose Smile Studio, we’ll discuss your options when you come to see us and then advise which one is best for the condition of your tooth. Many people no longer want their smile marred by traditional grey amalgam fillings, and are instead requesting tooth-coloured alternatives to naturally blend in with their teeth. Our tooth-coloured fillings are strong and long-lasting just like the old mercury fillings.
