You and your family’s wellbeing is our priority so you can feel assured that our dental practice will be clean at all times. Our stringent decontamination processes has always been in place but due to Covid-19, we are having to put extra measures in place. Please read the following instructions before you attend for your appointment.
We will give you key information ahead of your appointment as you may be asked to complete a pre-appointment form.
We may also ask you for payment over the telephone before attending for your appointment.
Please ensure you have brushed your teeth, been to the toilet and you are well hydrated before leaving home. If possible, please attend your appointment alone and bring your own facial covering or mask with you. Before entering the practice, we ask that all patients knock on the front door to check in so we can check your temperature and record your visit.
We will ask you to sanitise your hands throughout different points of your patient journey. Our staff will be wearing face shields where necessary for added protection and we will have distance markers on the floor to ensure patients and staff keep a safe distance where possible. If payments are required on the day, we will only accept card payments.
All treatment rooms are cleaned and disinfected between patients. On entering, you will be asked to leave your coat and bag in the box provided and you will be asked to sanitise your hands before and after treatment. To protect you, our team will have to wear full personal protective equipment (PPE).
