I have been working in dentistry since leaving school in 1992. I started as Dental nurse in a busy NHS practice and then went on to community and hospital settings as a Specialist Dental Nurse. I have had a full and varied dental career both as a Dental Nurse and as a Dental Therapist and have had a wide range of experience in all dental settings including specialist clinics, children’s and emergency services.

Skills & Expertise
My role is to promote oral health by using educational, therapeutic and preventative methods for the treatment and control of oral disease. I strive to aid patients in achieving and maintaining optimal oral health. My aim is always provide treatment with a gentle approach especially when working with children or nervous patients and provide a positive dental experience.

We have been awarded members of BDA Good Practice Scheme for over 10 years.
Teamwork
I came to Montrose Smile Studio in 2007 and feel very fortunate to work with such an efficient and supportive team. We work well together in a common goal to provide our patients with consistently high quality dental care.
Personal Interests
I have two children and a little dog, they keep me quite busy. I am very sociable and enjoy a wide range of interests in particular learning new skills. Anything from dress making to DIY. Every day is a school day for me. I enjoy keeping up to date with dentistry as well as studying new subjects. Continued learning/education has become a firmly entrenched hobby of mine.
